Jessica Neubauer, PhD is an accomplished HR executive and certified career and leadership coach with deep expertise in organizational leadership. She has led HR functions across diverse sectors, including consumer goods, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and currently serves as the HR leader at a nonprofit organization.

 

Jessica is passionate about empowering women—particularly those navigating leadership, motherhood, career transitions, or periods of professional stagnation. Through her holistic coaching approach, she helps clients gain clarity, build confidence, and create purposeful change in both their careers and lives.

 

In addition to her corporate and coaching work, Jessica is the co-owner of a specialty food franchise and the founder of a small HR consulting business, where she supports small businesses and individuals with practical, people-centered strategies for growth and success.
